Description
The Tom Lantos Papers document the career of a Hungarian-born American politician who was the only Holocaust survivor to have served in the United States Congress. He served 14 terms, from 1981-2008, in the United States House of Representatives as Congressman for the California district encompassing parts of San Francisco and San Mateo Counties.
