Biographical/Historical Sketch
Chung-Kuei Chang was born in China in 1895. He studied physics at the National
University of Peking and in 1937 emigrated to the U.S. with a China Foundation research
scholarship to study electrical engineering at Stanford. After earning his Engineer's
Degree in 1940, he remained at Stanford to study physics but did not complete any
further degrees. He died at Stanford in February 1982.

Included in these papers are his academic records from the National University of Peking
