Collection concerns a proposed new graduate dormitory for the Stanford Law School, funded by Nancy and Charles Munger, and
local opposition to the plans; it includes reports, correspondence, committee materials (Committee on Land and Building Development),
clippings and news coverage, and documents gathered by the law firm hired by Stansky to represent his and others' concerns
with the project.
Background
Peter Stansky, who earned his Ph.D. in History from Harvard University, is the Frances and Charles Field Professor of Modern
British History, Emeritus, at Stanford.
