Proposition 15, an unsuccessful 1976 ballot initiative, called for stringent legislative regulation of the nuclear power industry in California. Pesonen was an author of the proposition and was chairman of Californians for Nuclear Safeguards. The material consists primarily of background documentation and research, reports, voting literature, speeches, and analysis of the failure of the proposition.
