Bush was born ca. 1850 in Massachusetts; he performed in various local vaudeville productions on both the East and West Coast; managed Club Theatre in Los Angeles; died November 28, 1897.

Scope and Content

Collection consists of theatrical ephemera related to Bush's career as a writer, actor, and female impersonator. Includes a theatrical scrapbook, route books, photographs, sheet music, and part of a costume. Sheet music is in the oversize box.
