Abstract: Rhea C. Ackerman (1896- ) worked at Los Angeles Juvenile Hall (1929-43), the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles (1943-51),
and was the director of public relations at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital (1954-59). The collection consists of correspondence,
clippings, and memorabilia related to Ackerman's career as a hospital administrator.

Hall, 1929-36; superintendent, 1936-43; assistant administrator of Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, 1943-51; director of
public relations, Cedars of Lebanon Hospital, 1954-59.
