The Hill 1970-1972

Scope and Contents

The Hill was first published in December 1970 as a new student newspapers created by Loyola and Marymount students "to practice good journalism." The Hill's motto was the Latin motto of the Society of Jesus: Ad Majorerm dei Gloriam (For the Greater Glory of God). It is unclear how long the newspaper was in production for, but this collection's last copy is from April 1972.
