Description
This collection contains posters, publications, press clippings, military decorations and paraphernalia, and other material
regarding World War I and II. Materials in the collection include propaganda posters created and distributed by the United
States government, French magazines and newspapers primarily covering the occupation and liberation of France, and newspaper
clippings from the
New York Times,
Evening Sun,
Evening Mail,
Los Angeles Times and
Paris Soir. The collection also includes a number of military decorations, medals, uniform paraphernalia, and a Swastika banner from
Nazi Germany and World War II.
