Edward Jabes was an architect in the Santa Barbara region during the twentieth century.

Scope and Content note

The Edward Jabes drawings of the Miss. Kidder house spans 3 linear feet and dates from circa 1930. The collection consists of one flat file folder that contains four original drawings and 12 blueprints, none of which are dated. Drawings include: elevations (interior and exterior), structural details, foundation plan, and floor plans (first and second floors). Blueprints in the collection have the following printed at the bottom of each drawing “Exterior design by Edward Jabes.”
