Photocopies and typescripts of poetry, chapbooks, correspondence, and envelope art collected by Trebor Healey, a published poet and award-winning fiction author. Healey was raised in Seattle, Washington, and spent the late 1980s and early 1990s in San Francisco. As of 2014 he resides in Los Angeles, California.
Background
Trebor Healey was born in 1962 in San Francisco and was raised in Seattle, Washington. He attended the University of California, Berkeley. From the late 1980s to the early 1990s he took part in the performance poetry scene in San Francisco. A number of his poems, short stories, and four works of fiction have been published, including the award-winning Through It Came Bright Colors (2004) and A Horse Named Sorrow (2012).
