Abstract: The Jerome B. Piper billhead and contract (SAFR 13568, HDC 23) is a billhead from Goodwin and Company dated 1859 and a contract
between the U.S. Government and Piper to furnish North Beach sand for construction of a new branch mint in San Francisco in
