John Hubley was an American animator active in film from 1945 to 1985. He worked for Walt Disney, UPA,
and his own company, Storyboard Productions. He earned Academy Awards for three animated shorts,
including MOONBIRD (1959). Faith Hubley, his wife and frequent collaborator, earned Academy Awards for
two animated shorts she co-produced with her husband.
