Description
The records of Crown College were maintained by the College until their transfer to the University Archives in 2016. Original order was maintained when discernible and the records are organized into five series representing the organizational groupings in which the records appear to have been maintained by the College: Administrative Files (including the files of various CAOs and Provosts, often interfiled together); Residential Life Files; Kenneth V. Thimann Files; the Crown Chamber Players; Photographs; and Audiovisual Materials.

Collection open for research. Audiovisual media is unavailable until reformatted. Digital files are available in the UCSC Special Collections and Archives reading room. Some files may require reformatting before they can be accessed. Technical limitations may hinder the Library's ability to provide access to some digital files. Access to digital files on original carriers is prohibited; users must request to view access copies.
