Biographical Note

Historian and researcher, focusing on materials related to Allied Forces' POWs in Japan and Shigetsugu Tsuneishi, who headed Radio Tokyo.

Scope and Content of Collection

The collection contains interviews and oral and written personal histories of the POWs and Ikeda Norizane (of the English language propaganda radio series, Zero Hour), as well as educational material on the Zentsūji, the WWII POW camp in Japan.
