Biography/Administrative History

Abner Haines was a pioneer in Santa Paula He came to souther California after the Gold Rush. He began farming in Sutter County. He came to Santa Paula in 1867. He purchased 150 acres in the Santa Paula y Saticoy land grant. He died in 1894
