Description
Hasso Von Winning (1914-2001) was an archaeologist and anthropologist who was a widely-published scholar of Pre-Columbian and West Mexican culture and the Consultant in Mesoamerican Archaeology with the Southwest Museum from 1960-1990s. This collection contains Hasso Von Winning's business papers, correspondence, manuscripts, and newspaper clippings from 1949-1998.

Hasso Von Winning (1914-2001) was an archaeologist and anthropologist who was a widely-published scholar of Pre-Columbian and West Mexican culture, publishing hundreds of monographs and articles from the 1960s through the 1990s. Von Winning was the Consultant in Mesoamerican Archaeology with the Southwest Museum from 1960-1990s.
