Series Description

This series contains correspondence, government documents, newspaper articles, and action plans from the San Jose area that were used by PICO in their support of PACT's efforts. Some of the correspondence is between Heidi Swarts and the PICO National organizers. The government documents involve general information on counties in the San Jose area. The newspaper articles typically highlight several notable PICO contributions or actions. The action plans are PICO's proposals to better an area's living conditions.
