Scope and Contents note

Written on Aduana Maritima de Monterrey paper. Originally 10 pages, but the first two pages missing. Document includes a testimony of witnesses to show that the criminal Jose Antonio Flores escaped from jail on the night of Thursday, February 13, 1840, visited Jose Sepulveda and returned to jail again; and that Sepulveda wished to implicate Teodocio Yorba in criminal activities.
