Scope and Content of Series

Series 3) REGISTRATION FEE COMMITTEE: Document the development and implementation of the student fee programs. Each year, units funded by student fees would submit budget requests and supporting materials to the committee, which document their activities and funding overtime.
Arranged in three subseries: A) Administrative Files, B) Budget, and C) Reports.
A) Administrative Files: Includes appointment of members, correspondence, committee guidelines and charter, and meeting materials. Arranged alphabetically.
B) Budget: Documenting the usage of student fees across various programs and offices. Includes budget reports and recommendations, budget calls, program reviews and reports, outreach and publicity materials, and budget requests. Arranged alphabetically.
