Biography/Administrative History

Charles M. Hardin (1908-1997) served as Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Davis from 1965-1976. He was the author of Presidential Power and Accountability: Towards a New Constitution (1974).

The collection contains correspondence related to research, published and unpublished, dealing with the U.S. Constitution and constitutional reform politics.
