photographs; memorabilia; and student-created scrapbooks from different eras. Materials range from 1937 to 2012.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Most materials were collected from University Archives files. The Carol Hennesey scrapbook was donated to the archives by
Carol (Hennesey) Carlson. The George Pepperdine College scrapbook and dorm trash can was donated by Arlene and Tom Dubas.
The George Pepperdine College pep club blouse and vest were donated by Bobbie Craig Fry. Varsity Varieties programs were donated
by Barbara (Bobby) Dobbins Title and Marlene Will. Freshman beanies were donated by David Ottalini and Lilian Green.
Scope and Content
The collection consists of materials related to student life or produced by students during their time at Pepperdine. Materials
in the collection include student handbooks and registries; student orientation guides and information; housing and student
health information; photographs, fliers, handbooks, and other materials related to student activities such as clubs, intramural
sports, Greek Life, student journalism, and cultural enrichment; fliers, photographs and calendars of special events on campus;
photographs of student and campus life; memorabilia; and a number of student-created scrapbooks from different eras at Pepperdine.
Materials in the collection range from 1937 to 2012.
Arrangement
The collection is arranged into the following seven series:
- Series 1: Student Handbooks and New Student Registries
- Series 2: New Student Orientation
- Series 3: Housing and Student Health
- Series 4: Student Activities
- Series 5: Special Events
- Series 6: Miscellaneous Student Affairs Materials and Memorabilia
- Series 7: Student Scrapbooks
