Abstract: The Golden State (built 1913; schooner, 3m) records (SAFR 16485, HDC 205) comprises one logbook, 16 messages, and five pages
of radio logs. These documents record a 1936 voyage of the GOLDEN STATE on a fishing expedition from San Francisco to the
Bering Sea, Alaska under Master T.O. Thompson and First Mate I.K. Olsen. The logbook dates span May 23 to August 22, 1936.
Radio logs are dated May 23 to August 18, 1936. The collection is open and available for use without restriction.
