Description
The Joseph and Jeanne Henabery papers span the years 1905-1992 (bulk 1915-1973) and encompass 6.8
linear feet. The production material, comprising the majority of the collection, contains scripts,
clippings, and occasional contracts and correspondence. There is coverage for most of the features
directed by Henabery, but only a small amount of material is available for the large number of Vitaphone
shorts, industrial films, and training films he directed. There is also some correspondence, contracts,
publicity, legal material, story material, and the manuscript for Henabery's unpublished memoirs dictated
to Jeanne Henabery. The photograph series consists of a single photograph album of biography
photographs
