Scope and Contents

This collection consists of a scrapbook created by the Los Angeles Bureau of Housing and Sanitation, under director M. S. Siegel, to document poor and slum housing conditions in Los Angeles during 1938. Box 1 contains the scrapbook, and box 2 contains negatives for each individual photograph in the scrapbook.
