Born in London, England, Aug. 20, 1875; son of Burgess J. and Harriett Mary (Smith) Reeve. Married to Anna Marie Tastrick in 1898. Educated in the public schools of Los Angeles; St. Vincent's College, Los Angeles; St. Ignatius College, San Francisco. Upon completion of his education entered employ of the city engineer's office of Los Angeles, where he remained until he established himself in private practice as civil engineering; has done notable work for Pacific Light & Power Co.; Los Angeles Gas & Electric Co.; Ramona Power & Irrigation Co.; Rancho San Rafael Co.; First International Aviation meet (chief engineer); Chucawalla Development Co.; Los Angeles Brewing Co.; United States Indian Service. Identified with development of Modock and East San Mateo, Cal.; Las Vegas, Nev.; Johnny, Ariz.; served four years in N. G. Cal. Catholic. Source: L.A. Times: His siblings were Mrs. Isidore B.
