Abstract: New York (passenger vessel) journal (SAFR 14273, HDC 65) is comprised of a one volume souvenir journal kept by Mr. S.C. Sellers during a voyage from New York to Hamburg, Germany aboard the Hamburg-American Line's NEW YORK. The journal begins on January 31, 1929 and records only about half of the sixty day cruise. There are 111 pages of short entries commenting on the weather, sights, and the daily activities. The Master of the vessel was Captain Graalfs. This collection has been processed and is open for use without restriction.
