Background
Terry Root is a Senior Fellow at the Woods Institute for the Environment and Professor, by courtesy, of Biology. Root earned a BS in mathematics and statistics from the University of New Mexico in 1975; an MA in Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1982; and a PhD in Biology from Princeton University in 1987.
