Figueroa authored numerous bills on a variety of topics such as animal abuse (SB1806, 2005-2006); outsourcing of jobs (SB1453, 2003-2004); traffic congestion management (SB1636, 2001-2002); child custody (SB2124, 1999-2000), and forced labor (AB2457, 1995-1996).
