The OCVL was a civil rights organization formed in 1988 to present a positive image, and pursue "significant change" for gay men and lesbian women in Orange County, California.

Biographical / historical:

The Orange County Visibility League (OCVL) was founded in 1988 to present a unified positive image for, and serve as public advocates for the civil rights of, gay men and lesbian women in Orange County, California. OCVL's activities included participating in marches, letter writing campaigns, boycotts, and other forms of activism in support of gay and lesbian rights.
