Description
Collection of approximately 140 black and white aerial photographs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula taken between 1927-1956 by the Fairchild Aerial Survey company.
Background
The Fairchild Aerial Survey company was created by Sherman Mills Fairchild in 1921. It is one of the first companies to use cameras for map making and aerial surveying.
