Abstract: The photographs consist of images of friends gathering at homes and on the beach, of a Los Angeles Christopher Street West
pride parade, and of Radical Faeries gatherings, 1981-1985, undated.
Although the photographs are believed to have come from one photograph album, the images of the Christopher Street West pride
parade and of friends gathering are of a less certain identification with Stuart Szidak.
Photographs may have come to the International Gay & Lesbian Archives in 1991 after the passing of Stuart Szidak.
The name Stuart Szidak derives from a name on the back of one of the photographs (a group shot) with a request for more copies.
A letter in the collection addressed to "Stu" from "David" adds to the evidence that the materials were once the possession
of Stuart Szidak.
