He explains that the tapes deal with the second day of a two-day conference in 1967 in which he and other members of the faculty of the (USC) School of Public Administration participated, calling it "The McCone Report Revisited"-- later changed to "The Critique of the Governor's Commission on the Los Angeles Riots."
