"A. W. FETZER, Photographer, 402-412 7th Street, N. W. Washington D.C.
He is a photographer and portrait artist in crayon, pastel
and oil, and as such is regarded as one of the most successful and
popular in the city. He is a native of Pennsylvania and has resided
in Washington since 1876. He established his place of business in
1884."
