Biographical Note

Garry Edmondson, generally known as G.C. Edmondson, was born on October 11, 1922 and passed away on December 14, 1995. He was best known for writing science fiction novels, many of which focused on time travel and Latin America. His novel, The Ship That Sailed the Time Stream was nominated for the Nebula Award for Best Novel in 1965. He also wrote Westerns under pen names Kelly P. Gast, J.B. Masterson, and Jack Logan.

Collection Scope and Contents

The collection includes galley proofs, annotated typescripts, and materials related to some works of science fiction author G.C. Edmondson. Titles with related materials in the collection are Chapayeca, The Aluminum Man, The Ship That Sailed the Time Stream, T.H.E.M., and short story Frank and Fred. The collection also includes galley proofs and typescripts from two Western novels written by Edmondson under pen names: Paddy by Kelly P. Gast and Rudge by J.B. Masterson.
