The survey asked whether an individual was a member of DOB and whether they attended events; what types of service an individual would be willing to do on behalf of DOB; which social activities the respondent would like to see hosted by DOB; and what types of recreation or small interest groups an individual would participate in, if available. This folder contains copies of those questionnaires submitted to the SF Chapter.
