Description
Arthur Hurwith was a teacher, principal, and housing activist who was involved with the Imperial Council of San Francisco, G-40 Plus Club/Prime Timers, and the Unitarian Universalist Gay and Lesbian Caucus. The bulk of the collection consists of slides from Hurwith’s travels, dating back to 1947, as well as materials related to the Imperial Council, Unitarian Univeralists, and G-40 Plus Club.
