Bill Files created by Frazee may include bill analyses, amendments and resolutions, author's statements, testimony, press releases, editorials and newspaper clippings, correspondence, committee statements, and other information. Each session begins with a Legislative Program file, which documents Frazee's legislative goals for the session. Frazee authored numerous bills concerning topics such as historic preservation of buildings (AB3037, 1991-1992), senior citizen housing (AB1429, 1989-1990), and parental consent for abortions (AB1987-1988). However, his primary interest was local government and small business.
