Abstract: The Ruth Strange Papers include 13 photographs of friends and family of Ruth Strange. The collection includes two class photographs
of the Hawthorne School in Oakland, California taken in 1922 and 1924, and also a photograph of Captain Roger Romaine, a Tuskegee
Airman and member of the 99th Fighter Squadron during World War II. There is also manuscript on the genealogy of the Allen
family written by Ruth Strange in 1990.
