Abstract: This collection consists of correspondence, board meeting and conference minutes, publicity materials, and budget and funding
proposals for the English Short Title Catalog, a database for bibliographic record of surviving copies of letterpress produced
in Great Britain from 1473-1800. The ESTC is a project created in collaboration of the British Library with the Center for
Bibliographic Studies and Research to increase access to these items worldwide. The CBSR is a center created to institutionalize
and enhance programs related to bibliography and the history of the book.
