This collection contains records from the women’s percussion band, Sistah Boom from 1987 to 2001. It includes awards and certificates; calendars; correspondence; financial records; event flyers, programs and mass mailings; grant materials from the Horizon Foundation and other organizations; instrument inventories; information related to the group’s status as a sponsored project of the San Francisco Women’s Building; meeting minutes; membership records; music; news clippings; publicity materials; and retreat and workshop materials.
