The collection includes menus, wine lists, and wine and food related booklets and memorabilia collected by San Francisco wine and food enthusiast Dr. Raoul H. Blanquie.

Raoul Henry Blanquie (1896-1966) was a San Francisco, California based dentist and periodontist. He served as president of the Alliance Francaise and the Wine and Food Society of San Francisco and was an active member of the Cercle de l'Union.
