Biographical / Historical

Robert Tuttle McVay was born on 21 July 1927 in Los Angeles, California and passed away on 21 October 1986 in Fresno, California. He is buried in Los Angeles, California. He was the son of Samuel B and Claire Mary [nee' Tuttle] McVay. He married Joan Cecelia Brown on 2 February 1951.
At the time that he registered for the WWII Draft, 18 year old McVay, was employed by the Pacific Electric Railway in Los Angeles, California.
