The Group to Alleviate Smoking Pollution (GASP) is a Colorado state nonprofit founded in 1977. The GASP (Group to Alleviate Smoking Pollution) of Colorado records consist primarily of files that Peter Bialick compiled during his time as director of the organization.

GASP of Colorado is a leading advocate of smoke-free policies, providing resources and assistance in educating the public about the dangers of secondhand smoke, and the benefits of smoke-free workplaces, multiunit housing, and public spaces.
