[Box/folder #, or item name] Dale Holland Papers, Coll2013-043, ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives, USC Libraries, University
of Southern California.
The bulk of the collection consists of newsletters, meeting minutes, correspondence, membership records, photographs, promotional
material, bylaws, and other papers documenting Dale Holland's involvement with the Metro-Chords and Kingmasters, 1972-1983.
To a lesser extent, the papers document Holland's interest in the theater, Society of Pat Rocco Enlightened Enthusiasts (SPREE),
Gay Girls Riding Club (GGRC), and AIDS-related organizations, 1970-1986.
From 1972-1974, Dale Holland was a member of the Metro-Chords, an eight to thirteen member singing group that performed in
the Los Angeles area. From 1974-1983, Holland was involved with the Kingmasters, a Los Angeles based social organization that
helped raise funds for such groups as the Homophile Effort For Legal Protection (HELP), Gay Community Services Center, and
Metropolitan Community Church (MCC). Holland served as president of the Kingmasters in 1976.
