A collection of bookbinding material samples and supply catalogs, with some supplementary materials on local bookbinding and
printing resources.
Background
Marie Kelzer began studying bookbinding in the 1980s and developed a strong interest in paste papers, which she continues
to use in artist books, blank books, and other paper products like covered pencils and paper flowers. She sells and exhibits
her pieces, which are considered highly collectible. As of 2018, she is based in Santa Monica, CA.
