Scope and Contents
In this collection there are training and informational manuals, booklets and documents for staff who were stationed at the
now closed wards that were located in Building 5 at ZSFG. Also included are meeting minutes and multiple blank forms that
would be used or filled out by staff. Named wards include 4A, ED (Emergency Department), 5D, 6C and Bldg 25.
