Collection contains material from the UCSF Office of Development and Alumni Relations, including material related to alumni associations that support the UCSF Schools of Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, and the Graduate Division. Material includes photographs, administrative records, audiovisual recordings, class rosters, and publications.

The UCSF Office of Development and Alumni Relations is responsible for collecting private support, fostering communication among alumni, students, and faculty, and coordinating campus outreach efforts to UCSF donors, alumni and other constituents. The office provides administrative support to the Alumni Association of UCSF (AAUCSF) and the various support groups of the Schools of Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and the Graduate Division. The office administers the UCSF Foundation, the giving, receiving and investing arm of the University of California, San Francisco.
