Charles Hazelwood Shannon, British lithographer and painter, worked in close collaboration with Charles Ricketts. One of Shannon's
best-known oil paintings is the portrait of the writer Mary Frances Borthwick Dowdall, wife of Harold Chaloner Dowdall, judge
and mayor of Liverpool.
