Scope and Content
14 black and white photo postcards of people in India, some with mostly illegible handwritten captions on the reverse. Images
feature a group photo of two Caucasian men with many Indian men, most likely related to the church; one of the same Caucasian
men with a large group of boys, probably a religious school; two Caucasian women and a group of Indian girls and young women
probably also part of a school; a woman holding another woman's hand (perhaps reading her palm?); two shots of a Caucasian
priest and couple soon to be or just married, surrounded by many people, some with musical instruments; a band, possibly the
same shown in the wedding photos; a group photo of the bride, groom, and their families; what appear to be holy men, playing
instruments with two cows, surrounded by acrowd; two shots of water buffalo and men working; and three portraits of men, two
peddlers and one holy man.
