The Robert M. Crawford application and license (SAFR 251, HDC 450) documents are dated August 12, 1916 and September 19, 1938, respectively. The first is an application to operate motor boats on any waters from the Department of Commerce, Port of St. Michael, Alaska; and the second records is a U.S. Inspector's License to Mates of River Steamers for any river.
